This whole set is called « Blåkulla » from the name of a mythical island in Northern Europe where, each year, the Devil brings together the witches to celebrate the Sabat.
The films and music from the "Blåkulla" collection about modern figures of the witch have already won 35+ awards from New York to London, Paris or Calcutta out of the fifty selections received at international festivals.

Gregoire Vaillant has been at the heart of the artistic scene of Nantes (France) for over fifteen years. In 2016 he founded the “Collectif Øpera” bringing together over thirty European artists across all fields of the arts. He co-wrote, composed and staged the critically acclaimed “Le Jeune Homme & La Nuit”, a transmedia piece featuring the artists of the Collectif Øpera blending music, film, theatre and motion design. He is a notable composer for films, theatre and radio. He has collaborated with artists such as The Manchester Camerata Orchestra, Bill Ryder Jones, Grey Reverand, 20Syl, Pigeon John, DJ Snake, Colin Tilley and Craig Love to name a few. Currently, he is producing a blend of electronica and chamber music for his project Abraham Fogg. Along with writing and directing a collection of horror shorts with Charles-Edouard Dangelser called“Blåkulla”, which have already been awarded over 35 wins at film festivals worldwide, they are writing their first feature films.
Charles-Edouard Dangelser was spotted by Nikon while still a student, he made his first short in 2012 and subsequently founded Chivteam Studios. Along with directing various films, adverts and music videos, he became a pioneer in tour documenting within the electronic music world. Working closely with DJ Snake, Madeon, Porter Robinson and the Pardon My French team, his raw and extremely dynamic aesthetic became an industry standard borrowed by many. He is also a renowned creative director, overseeing visual content creation for Madeon’s Grammy Nominated ‘Good Faith’ along with directing two of DJ Snake’s biggest live shows to date (headlining second stage at Coachella 2019 and headline show at the U Arena in Paris, cap 40,000). Currently, he is working with Gregoire Vaillant on a live show for Abraham Fogg along with a series of horror shorts called “Blakulla” and the writing of their feature films debut.
